Project Involvement: Daylight & Sunlight Simulation Projects

As part of my ongoing role at SMA Design Solutions, I contribute to daylight and sunlight simulation projects that evaluate natural light penetration and shading within architectural and structural designs. My responsibilities include:

Creating accurate 3D models in AutoCAD based on architectural plans and site layouts.

Setting up models for sunlight studies as per location, date, and orientation to assess daylight exposure and shadow movement.

Supporting design teams in complying with regulatory norms (e.g., Right to Light, shadow impact analysis) by delivering clean, simulation-ready CAD models.

Collaborating closely with senior designers and simulation experts to ensure the accuracy of spatial layouts and visibility zones.

Ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining model integrity and clarity for effective sunlight analysis.
