My primary task is to design tools for deep drawing, bending, cutting, and punching sheet metal through multiple consecutive operations. I primarily perform the designs using Catia V5 and Siemens NX, combining standard parts with custom components that will be manufactured through machining operations. The main objective is to make the design functional, as simple as
possible to manufacture and assemble, and easy to repair. During the design process, we pay attention to surface quality and tolerances.
