• Structural CAD Drafting for 196 m² Residential Building (Sana’a) مكتب انشاء بلاس · Freelance Jan 2024 – Present 1 yrs 11 mos Sanaa, Sana'a City, Yemen We have an existing structural design (PDF attached) for a 196 m² two-story residential building in Sana’a (Client: Ahmed Aishan). We need a skilled CAD drafter to produce fully detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, including:
  
  1. Floor Plans (Ground & Repeated Upper Floor) at 1:100 scale
  
  
  2. Elevations (North, South, East, West) at 1:100 scale
  
  
  3. Sections (Typical Section through Columns and Walls) at 1:100 scale
  
  
  4. Structural Details:
  
  Footings/foundations (F1–F3) with reinforcement notes
  
  Columns schedule and sections (C1–C8) with bar diameters & spacing
  
  Beams/Lintels (B1–B5) with reinforcement details
  
  Slab-to-beam connections, stair details, hidden beams
  
  
  
  5. Deliverables:
  
  DWG files organized by sheet (use same numbering as PDF: A1–A6 for architectural plans, S1–S5 for structural)
  
  PDF plot sets with title block (“Design & Engineering by Ensha’a-Plus”)
  
  Layer structure (e.g., “STRUCT-FOUNDATION”, “STRUCT-COLUMNS”, “LEVELS”, etc.)
  
  Two rounds of revisions based on our feedback
