Mr. El-Ajouz has 27 years of experience of full mechanical piping/pipeline design and stress analysis for complete aboveground and underground piping systems of vessels, heat exchangers, heaters, air coolers and rotating equipment, for projects in petrochemicals, refinery, gas treatment, water treatment, power generation, conventional oil, renewable energy, hydrogen and SAGD flowlines. In addition, Mr. EL-Ajouz has pipeline experience including route selection studies, alignment sheets and crossing drawings development, pipeline size optimization, development of PFD and P&ID, WT Calculations including Cost Studies to optimize WT vs. Material, Stress Analysis, LBV / Sectionalizing Valves Spacing Study, Selection of Crossing Method including ‘Open-Cut’, Aerial, Trenchless etc., Piping Materials, and Valves Selection.
