> I have 15 years experience in different fields of manufacturing such as product design and development of plastic & rubber products, extracting core and cavity for the molds, worked on all type steel and aluminum fabrication design projects.
> project-Developed product design for Arnitel Washers to replace conventional rubber dampers for Indian railway as part of 3rd party manufacturer work closely with QC to meet the requirements to pass the QC and inception now the company one of mass production of arnitel washers in India.
> Project - Developed fabrication design of custom & standard cable tray for RTA Dubai metro Train with a 3rd party manufacturer work closely with analyzing team to pass the load deflection this company one mass producing of cable tray metro train in UAE.
> Project - Delivered the design project for automobile conveyors of engine leak proof testing machine for a Indian company.
>Project - Developed fabrication design for solar structure for ground and roof mounting purpose and handle custom design work closely with analysis team to meet UAE requirements to withstand wind load and passing the inspection to get the TUV certified for standard products.
> Projects-Design and delivered the projects for UAE substations and closely work with analysis team to change the design to meet requirements of UAE ADDC, TAQA.
>Projects-worked on reversing engineering for boiler, automobile trolley, plastic and rubber, metal tools and lab instruments etc.
