The project includes a main residence, an attached carport, and a standalone accessory dwelling unit (ADU), with a combined total area of approximately 7,500 SF. This new construction project requires the expertise of a licensed professional engineer to design, detail, and stamp the electrical plans. The scope of work encompasses the design of a new electrical service, distribution panel placement, branch circuiting, and a comprehensive one-line diagram. Additionally, the design will cover lighting layouts, including fixture switching and control, to ensure compliance with current codes and client specifications.
