• Mechanical Engineer Solchroma · Full-time Apr 2022 – Jun 2023 1 yrs 2 mos Billerica, MA, United States I was responsible for the mechanical development of the company's flagship product's redesign, an electromagnetic switching liquid display without LEDs. This used a different technology from the previous design that needed to be tested and prototyped. The new design resulted in more than tripling the product's resolution.
  I worked across a wide variety of roles to allow our small team to aid the start-up as needed. My typical tasks included interplay between mechanical, electrical, reliability, manufacturing, and process engineering. I also worked out of my discipline to develop UI for the product's app or mentoring coops and junior engineers.
• Product Design Engineer Watts Water Technology · Full-time Aug 2019 – Apr 2022 2 yrs 8 mos North Andover, MA, United States I managed the new product development of an IOT drain sensor from the concept stage through to a release for manufacturing. I was responsible for ensuring that the design and development of the project met changing needs and specifications including cost, timeline, and sensitivity.
  I also developed an adaptive CAD model that allowed a customizable product lines design work to be done automatically, saving 15-20 engineering hours a week.
