I have a comprehensive background in product development/rapid prototyping/project management and mechanical design engineering ranging from injection molded plastic design for medical applications to electro-mechanical assembly design for aerospace and industrial applications. I’m capable of taking vague ideas, notes or sketches, and other specifications to turn them into reality.
I can take on complex projects that involve cross functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical and software design).
My prototyping experience involves producing parts using various methods of 3D Printing, Sheet Metal, CNC, and casted urethane prototypes.
Along with being a design and prototyping resource, I have worked with many production manufacturers for the past 10 years to produce products in both low and high volumes. Once parts are ready for production, I’ll take care of the ordering/sourcing, as well as shipping and logistics, getting the parts shipped directly to your door.
