Responsibilities include advanced CAD modeling (Fusion 360, SolidWorks), structural analysis through FEA (Ansys), material selection and procurement, and component-level testing. Preparing class society-compliant approval and production drawings, and overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure technical integrity and alignment with engineering standards.
• Production Engineer Sanmar A.Ş · Full-time Aug 2022 – Apr 2023 8 mos İstanbul, İstanbul, Türkiye As a Production Engineer, I have gained hands-on experience across various engineering fields, starting with the Sanmar Engineer Development Program. During this time, I rotated through multiple departments, including Insulation, Panel, and Furniture, Floating Docking, and Commissioning and After Sales.
  
  In the Insulation Department, I managed insulation projects for tugboats, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. In the Floating Docking Department, I helped develop a simulation-based program for planning ship land-to-dock transfers, focusing on ballast calculations and GM changes. In the Commissioning Department, I performed startup checks, ensured equipment installations met industry standards, and oversaw the commissioning process to ensure smooth system transitions.
