Development of Complete Fuel Systems including 3D design of injection molded and blow molded tank shells, fuel filler pipes, line routings, venting strategies, valve placement, stamped and injection molded heat and impact shields, stamped tank straps, molded brackets and clips. Design and development of complete diesel after treatment (DEF) (SCR) systems. Assist in prototype builds and testing. Trouble shooting of test failures using various 3D variations in simulation software.
Also responsible for creation and release of all assemblies, components and engineering drawings into GM Teamcenter database.
