I am considered to be a highly motivated and strong term leader for projects in the maritime and offshore sectors . With self-reliance on inner core strengths to innovate, re-create, instigate, install, and develop motivated and diversified teams. With strong people skills at all levels from the workshop, through to Senior Management.
Main skills :-
Acquiring and then Leading maritime projects to a successful completion -
Vision - to evaluate market trends,
Definition - to execute project plans and resolve issues as required.
Implementation - to lead a team, develop each person and install confidence to deliver
Strength - maintain a core communication flow process.
I believe in training individuals as their respective knowledge is the foundation to deliver a project.
I have lead and delivered on time numerous large projects.
As a team we have also proposed working solutions to resolve failing projects. Thus taking over the project, undertaking a restructure programme, and delivering to the deadline dates.
I always look for improvements in myself and projects and others, which in turn "adds value" and foresight.
I believe the people in the company are the main factor driving a "Key For Success".
