About
I have 20 years of experience working in CNC machines, CAM softwares, metrology, etc.
Over these years I have had several experiences in different sectors of the metalworking world that gave me knowledge in:
- Manufacturing consulting.
- Milling and turning process optimization.
- Parts programming for all kind of CNC machines
- CAM application techniques in 2.5x, 3x, 4\5x continuous, turn, mill-turn and swiss type.
- Fanuc, Fagor, Heidenhain, Sinumerik, Mazatrol and ISO controls.
- Post processor development and Machine Simulation Building for all kinds of machines in the market, including swiss type.
- Rapid Prototyping
- 3D modeling in solids and surfaces

I was in charge of several CNC machines, proposals, reverse engineering, CMM control, creating new applications, etc. It was also in this factory that I started with PPs development for Camworks.
Curious fact: My first PP was made in excel for creating worm screws for carrying bottles in the alimentary industry. With very simple inputs like max diameter, hub diameter, bottle diameter, entrance and exit pitch, tool used, I was able to get gcode that ran perfectly. 1 minute and that was it.
