I am a technical professional specializing in Mechanical Engineering Design and precision manufacturing, with over 7 years of industrial experience. My background as a NIMS-USA certified Tool & Die professional allows me to create digital designs that are fully optimized for the shop floor. By leveraging GnaCAD, I provide comprehensive engineering solutions, including: Precision Machine Part Design: Developing detailed models for components such as gears, shafts, and custom brackets, informed by my proficiency with Lathes, Milling machines, and Drill Presses. Sheet Metal & Enclosure Engineering: Expertise in calculating Flat Patterns and Bend Lines for complex industrial housings and safety infrastructure. Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Using my background as a NIMS-USA certified professional to ensure designs meet international standards for Measurement, Material, and Safety. Technical Documentation: Creating "first-time-right" technical drawings that incorporate Engineering Science and rigorous 5S Safety protocols to reduce production errors and plant downtime. Industrial Integration: Because I have extensive experience maintaining Extrusion, Looming, and Printing machinery, I ensure every CAD model I produce is practical for real-world mechanical assembly. I bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and physical production, ensuring high-accuracy results for every project.
