I am a mechanical engineer from South Africa. I am currently finishing up my PhD thesis in the field of Blade Tip Timing (BTT) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-Intrusive_Stress_Measurement_System) where I have developed novel data processing techniques for rotor blade condition monitoring. This has led to the filing of three provisional patent applications. I am working as a sub-consultant at Enterprises University of Pretoria where I have been in charge of designing structural test setups. I have a passion for mechanical design and analysis and hope to engage with stimulating projects.

I have a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Central University of Technology (2014) and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the University of South Africa (2020). My experience includes working as an Apprentice Fitter and Turner in a Steel Manufacturing Company for over 2 years and then as a Junior Engineer at a Consulting Company for more than 6 years. Currently, I am employed as a Mechanical Draughtsman with MV Switchgear manufacturer starting June 2022. I am a lifelong learner and use my free time to acquire new skills through personal projects.
