In my 20+ year career I have successfully served a variety of clients such as MGM, The Cheesecake Factory, and Epic Care. My proficiencies in Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator along with my passion for the craft and dedication to each deadline allow me to prepare effective presentations and working drawings from my home office. Operating from a home office for more than three years has honed my abilities to successfully manage time in order to meet each deadline. I have extensive experience space planning within code requirements to provide the maximum client benefit both aesthetically and functionally. I use custom CAD blocks that reflect actual furniture dimensions in order to achieve an end result that is realistic and able to pass field inspections. My experience is well rounded and includes not only full interior design working drawings such as wall and floor finish plans, elevations, millwork details, reflected ceiling plans, and item and finish schedules but also complete design development presentations including rendered floor plans and elevations in photoshop. Often these renderings are so visually descriptive that several past clients have decided that they don't need to order a 3-D rendering. In addition, I have successfully translated many clients' branding into integral interior design solutions. My portfolio of past work demonstrates the variety of experience I have in the commercial interior design industry and reveals the great fit my skills are with this particular freelance job.
