From a simple site survey, architectural elevations / plans, your ideas, concepts and dreams I can create a multi dimensional 2D & 3D presentation showcasing your design ideas and concepts in a virtual reality as they relate to your clients home and property. I can assist you with pool and hardscape layout drawings as well as basic construction details and HOA approval documents.

I have been designing homes since 2010. I received my bachelors degree in architecture at Texas A&M University. I've come to love helping homeowners capture their dreams and design their perfect house. I understand that each client is unique. Whether you’re looking for a traditional, Mediterranean or hill country, I can help you design your perfect dream home. We can start from scratch, combine ideas from many plans, or base off an existing plan. My goal is to take your thoughts and ideas and put them to work to come up with a floor plan focusing on square footage, flow of the plan, your living habits, and any lot restrictions. The final set of plans will include: - floor plan - exterior elevations - electrical plan - roof plan - rough plumbing/form layout - any necessary interior details/elevations - site plan (if required) The entire design process typically takes from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the house and your availability for modification meetings/emails/phone calls. Using these plans you will be able to build the house and submit for permitting and engineering (framing and froundation). Get the design services comparable to a large company or architect at half the cost. I charge $1.25 per total covered square foot. I look forward helping you and your family design your dream home. Although I will be doing the technical CAD work and offering design advice, this will be a collaborative project using your ideas and creativity. I help you be the architect of your home.
