I am a mechanical engineer who focuses on 3D Printing. I have built my own printer and have run it for over a year now. I am familiar with how to make something printable and usable with minimal post-processing. I am also very DIY minded, working on projects ranging from the aforementioned 3D printer to a homemade TV-B-Gone. I am proficient with Autodesk Inventor and Fusion 360 for CAD work. I also do some 3D modelling in my spare time with Blender and 3Ds Max.

I am a mechanical engineer who focuses on 3D Printing. I have built my own printer and have run it for over a year now. I am familiar with how to make something printable and usable with minimal post-processing. I have been in manufacturing now for ten years; the first eight years I spent building assemblies, quality processes and programs, and tool design. The last two years I have been working as a Mechanical Design Engineer. I have been designing linkage systems, weldments, sheet metal, plastic, and machined parts. I design using 3D CAD modeling software. I am familiar with industry process, non-destructive testing, frame design, and mechanical and electrical systems. I like to clearly understand the needs of customer before I like to start projects and to be clear of the expectations and mile stones of a project.
