My name is Mack and I am a Mechanical Design professional located in Colorado, USA. I specialize in lightweight component design for Robotics and Autonomous Systems as well as hardware design for Aviation and Outdoor Extreme Sports. I also operate a CNC Machine shop and test facility. We specialize in nonferrous metals. I am also a US Navy veteran.   While working at United Launch Alliance (ULA) I supplied 3D CAD models from the engineering group to the tooling supplier enabling concurrent design of manufacturing tooling. I have been in the 3D printing scene since 2007, and can optimize models for printing. I also have experience with silicone molds and casting. I did 2 years of mechanical engineering in school and was top of my CAD classes, with the ability to make perfect models much faster than my peers. I had a patent pending for a mechanical design done as part of a Systems Engineering competition. I also helped form our robotics club.
