Design for 3D printing and 3D printing projects for early product samples or as assembly verifications. Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, robotic end of arm tools (EOAT’s), pick and place units, dial tables/indexers and various vision systems. Developed the Hercules Patient Repositioner system for The Morel Company. Morelcompany.com I have designed progressive dies for multiple companies around the world. Paper to CAD models to bring old legacy 2D CAD and paper prints into the 3D world. Reverse Engineering of existing parts, assemblies, machines. Also reverse engineer to 3D print so that multiple parts can be combined into 1 3D printed part to eliminate stocking of multiple components. I have designed a number of products that people had very rough sketches of or ideas in their head that needed to be turned into models and manufacturing drawings. Many of these are to make their life easier or in other cases to kick off their manufacturing business.
