Profile Summary Strengths & Skill Sets With over 30 years of global experience, I am a Senior Process Architect and Subject Matter Expert specializing in high-value industrial, life science, and advanced manufacturing facilities. My unique approach bridges the gap between traditional architectural artistry and modern automation, using tools such as generative design, BIM, and 3D scanning to turn complex, highly regulated concepts into buildable, profitable realities. 40 years of international and local experience as a "Foreign Architect" and Design-Build Leader. My unique approach, "Artistry & AI," combines traditional hand sketching and watercolor rendering with modern automation tools like Python, BIM 0.2, Canva, and LIDAR scanning. Operating as a "one-stop shop," my skill set integrates design, engineering, permitting, and construction to ensure a smooth process with accurate estimates and "no surprises." I also bring a process-first technical mindset, applying high-compliance cGMP/Life Sciences standards and green, net-zero solutions to your projects. Projects & Accomplishments Process-First Precision: Deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory frameworks (FDA, EU, cGMP, and ISO) to prevent compliance delays and ensure project safety. Advanced Technical Integration: Highly skilled in cleanroom design, cross-contamination control, and process flow optimization. Technological Proficiency: Expert in BIM/VDC coordination, utilizing Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and VR/AR to deliver clash-free, cost-effective models. • Founded IRODIRECT STUDIO, built a vertically integrated design-build firm that successfully captures the local Wayland and Middlesex County markets, specializing in high-end remodeling, commercial wellness facilities, and niche housing like ADUs and glamping cabins. • House remodeling: Executed a seamless two-car garage addition that perfectly blended with the home's existing architecture. The client specifically praised your attention to detail during planning, which "saved us a lot of headaches during construction". • Agile Development & Permitting: Streamlined the complex "red tape" and permitting processes for prefabricated units, utility storage, and off-site construction methods to accelerate project timelines. • Complex Facility Delivery: Managed the full lifecycle of intricate technical facilities, applying "Life Science precision" to rehabilitation and spa resort projects Patented Innovation: Co-invented the Exycell Cleanroom Ceiling Module (Patent US 20210017763A), a modular utility platform that streamlines cleanroom construction and reduces installation timelines. Major Facility Delivery: Led architectural design and master planning for complex, multi-million-dollar projects, including the Wolfspeed Silicon Carbide Wafer Fab, the Amgen Cell Therapy Plant, and a $200M oncology manufacturing facility in New York. Operational Efficiency: Consistently improved project performance efficiency by standardizing visual work instructions and integrating industrial factory design platforms. Education & Credentials Education: Master of Architecture from the National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture (Kyiv, Ukraine) and completed Ph.D. coursework in Urban Planning & Design (Moscow). Licenses & Certifications: AIA International Associate, ISPE Member, OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certified, and registered Home Improvement Contractor.
