I am a skilled and innovative mechanical design engineer with 4 years of experience in Product Design with a proven track record of delivering products from early conceptualization until start of production. I am adept at optimizing designs for manufacturability and robustness through detail-oriented technical analysis and cross-team collaboration. My previous work included completing Dyson's Supersonic Nural from early phase of design milestone until launch. I have lead multiple builds that gives me exposure to manufacturing issues which gives me leverage in DFM and DFA. I had multiple experiences in doing detail design work to meet tooling and manufacturing/assembly standards. This includes requirements check, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, compliance review, BOM, and among others. Nineteen (19) years of experience in the field of piping engineering. Involved and experienced various projects with high level of complexity and high level of safety standards. Four (4) years site experience as Piping Field Engineer. The experience varied through different phases of projects and various type of process unit, from proposal to detail engineering in Refinery, Petrochemical, Offshore / FPSO and FLNG. Field engineering knowledge and ability to support construction, pre-commissioning phase. Ability to demonstrate safety is core engineering design. Good working knowledge with local and international engineering standards, i.e.: Petronas Technical Standard (PTS), SHELL Design and Engineering Practice (DEP), American Petroleum Institute (API) and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
