I work across the full product development cycle — from early concept and packaging studies, through detailed CAD, Class-A surfacing, CFD-driven refinement, and manufacturing-ready deliverables. A minimalist, first principles thinking, biomimetics inspired, form follows function design approach. Skills and experience in Mechanical Design Engineering, Industrial Design and Computational Design. I can implement parametric CAD, Low Code, Topology Optimisation, Generative Design and freehand sketching into the design process. Think outside the algorithm! A holistic and integrated design skill set leading to unique, functional, cost effective, aesthetic and manufacturable design solutions, often resulting in patents and licensing opportunities.
