Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project requirements for all cast in place and precast/ pre-stressed buildings (both commercial and residential) using Manual Calculations and latest recognised software and technologies such as STAAD Pro V8I, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, CONCISE BEAM, SP COLUMN. Determine construction cost and material estimates based on civil designs. Review of third party civil Design including base design and detail design (detailed drawings, design calculations and material technical specification) based on project technical specifications, pre-bid and post-bid clarifications.
