I am a Registered Mechanical Engineer with over 7 years of experience taking industrial storage systems, sheet metal assemblies, and consumer hardware from initial concept through FEA validation and production-ready manufacturing packages. Whether you need structural stress analysis to verify load capacities, a manufacturing-ready CAD package, or studio-quality product renders for stakeholders, I bridge the gap between engineering rigor and visual presentation. What I Bring to Your Project: CAD & Mechanical Design: Parametric 3D SolidWorks modeling, complex surfacing, sheet metal enclosures, structural weldments, and large assembly management. Manufacturing Documentation: Production drawing packages (AS 1100 / ISO standards), exploded assembly views, callouts, and structured Bills of Materials (BOMs). 3D Visualization: High-end KeyShot rendering, HDRI studio lighting, material/refraction setups, and Photoshop post-processing for investor decks and sales catalogs. Let’s discuss your project goals and ensure your product is optimized, structurally sound, and ready for production! Finite Element Analysis (FEA) & Simulation: Linear static stress analysis, structural load & deflection testing, factor of safety (FOS) validation, weldment analysis, and weight optimization without sacrificing structural integrity.
