Piping / Pipe Supports / Piping Stress Analysis Total 20+ years’ experience where 15+ years as piping stress analysis engineer including pipe support engineering and 5 years experience as piping engineer in offshore and onshore of oil & gas / petrochemical industries as well as power plants. - Knowledge of NOKSOK and DNV standards - Expert in Stress analysis software - Caesar-II 2014 / 2016, Autopipe, Triflex - Expert in Pipe support engineering, 3D modelling, Design, Checking - Expert in Piping layout and materials - Finite Element software: Ansys 14.0 - 3D modelling: PDMS, Inventor, Solid works, - 2D Drafting: Autocad 2014 - Pressure vessel design using PV Elite - Analyze / approve piping stress calculation for any critical lines - Prepare stress calculation reports for third party verification and it’s checking. - Prepare isometrics / GA / stress iso using Microstation and Autocad. - Experience in use of ASME Codes B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, VIII –Div.1 & 2, API standards,NORSOK, HS&E, DNV, PED, PD5500, EN 13480, EN 13445 etc.

I am a very good pipe stress analyst; which is what I do at the moment. My tasks includes but not limited to: - pressure design, vibration analysis, flange leakage check, NEMA calculations for compressors, nozzle check for equipment (static & rotating), special items verification, buried pipe calculations, static, thermal & support loads calculations, material verification (metals and non-metals), etc. I am conversant with all relevant ASME, DNV, ISO, API, BS, EN, DIN and NORSOK codes; as well as PED 97/23/EC & AD2000. I am also a petroleum engineer(MSc.) with good technical understanding of upstream activities (geology, geophysics, reservoir, drilling, production). I have very good knowledge & understanding of mathematics, physics, mechanics, hydraulics, process systems, subsea and marine technology. I have also completed an MSc. in Physics & Mathematics. Experiences: Dec. 2019 – April 2020. Project: Brage Field development Project (Onshore) Client: Wintershall Dea, Norway Stress verification/analysis to design flowlines, water and gas injection lines, drain lines and other utility lines connected to the wellheads on the Brage platform to extend the life of the field. Selecting the appropriate supports that will also prevent clashes in the congested wellhead areas amongst installed piping. Feb. 2018 – Nov. 2019. Project: Kårstø Gas Plant Improvement Project (Onshore) Client: Statoil/Gassco, Norway Stress verification/analysis to assist in the maintenance jobs at the Kårstø gas plant supervised by Aibel AS (engineering contractor for the project) July 2016 – Aug. 2017. Project: LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Pipeline Project. Client: Petromax Ltd, Bangladesh. Stress verification/analysis and documentation of an LPG pipeline from the jetty to the LPG bottling plant and down to the Petromax refinery. This also included connections of the pipeline to the existing refinery piping systems. Sept. 2014 – May 2015. Project: BP Ula Projects Cat B Client: BP, Norway. Stress verification/analysis and documentation of piping systems on the flare system on ULA platform. Feb. 2013–Sept. 2014. Project: Eldfisk II Modification Client: Conoco Phillips, Norway Stress verification/analysis and documentation of piping systems on platforms 2/7A, 2/7B & 2/7E. Nov. 2011– Feb. 2013 Project: Mopustor Yme Field Re-developement Client: Talisman, Norway Stress verification/analysis of piping within and around the wellhead area of the Mobile Offshore Production Unit & Storage facility to be used for the YME field re-development. Jun. 2011 – Nov. 2011. Project: Draugen/Ormen Lange/Snorre Client: Shell / Statoil, Norway. I'm back to the Shell NISC projects (Draugen/ Ormen Lange); doing all jobs related to stress analysis, verification & documentation. It all started when I was young and got some bright ideas i wanted to make or at least make 3D models of. After 2 not so succsessful years in the university studying History I decided to rather make it as an designer and went for a 1 year design school to get the skills needed to use the softwares. Now I have plans to 3D model and possibly make products of my inventions and start my own company to design products for others as well as an inhoouse manufacturer facility to make my own products based upon my personal designs. I also do some work for a Company called HEXUSA design and rendering work. Design and 3Dmodeling have always been my biggest passion and the I want to make a living of it to do what I love the most to do. So here I am, 3D modeller and inventor with a passion for history and creating the future.
