I have been in this field for the past 3 years. I am a registered Structural Engineer and interested to work in residential projects - new construction- structural design and calculation, major remodel project, simple remodel projects - like moving structural walls, beams, etc., earthquake retrofit for residence. I can produce structural plans and calculations. I can also stamp and sign the plans for the permit. Depending on the area, I can even submit plans for permits with the application. Also, I take a great interest in how interior and exterior architecture has the power to move people. My services include interior design for residential and commercial projects, architectural illustration/rendering, and SketchUp 3D Modeling.
