As a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Engineer with over two years of experience, I specialize in solving complex fluid flow, aerodynamics, and thermal management challenges. My work focuses on optimizing performance and efficiency for cutting-edge automotive, rail, and power generation systems. Collaborating with the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) and leading clients, I’ve delivered impactful solutions for industry giants like Eicher, Volvo, Uno Minda, and KOEL.
My expertise lies in external aerodynamics, HVAC system design, and thermal analysis, with hands-on experience in meshing (HyperMesh), simulations (ANSYS Fluent), geometry preparation (SpaceClaim), and post-processing (EnSight). Key projects include aerodynamic optimization for Eicher and Volvo buses, thermal management for 500-1500 kVA generators, and HVAC simulations for Vande Bharat trains. I’ve also evaluated tire aerodynamics, centrifugal pump performance, EV bike airflow, and headlamp condensation, delivering measurable improvements in design efficiency.
