I am a design engineer having 25 years of research in product design specializing in Automotive design and development. Specializing in Class A surface modelling using Alias and CATIA, consistently delivering high-quality, precise surfaces that align with the highest industry standards. delivering surfaces and components that meet the aesthetic, functional, and manufacturability standards. I specialize in advanced automotive and product design, transforming rough concepts into precise, manufacturable, and aesthetically refined 3D models with smooth Class-A quality surfaces. My workflow covers: Idea → 2D Sketch → Blender Concept Styling → Packaging → Ergonomics → Alias/CATIA Class-A Surfacing → Engineering Integration → Prototype What I Can Help You With • Concept Development – Transform your idea or sketch into a refined 3D concept using Blender. • Styling & Design – Develop attractive, functional, and proportionally balanced vehicle and product designs. • Packaging – Optimize the placement of components, batteries, motors, mechanical systems, and structural elements. • Ergonomics – Evaluate rider/user position, reach, clearance, visibility, comfort, and overall usability. • Class-A Surfacing – Develop high-quality automotive and product surfaces using Autodesk Alias and CATIA. • Engineering Integration – Integrate styling surfaces with engineering requirements, mounting points, structures, and manufacturing considerations. • Reverse Engineering – Develop and refine surfaces from existing CAD, STL, scan data, sketches, or reference images. • Prototype Development – Prepare designs for 3D printing, FRP/composite fabrication, and physical prototyping. My Core Strength I don't simply convert a sketch into a 3D model. I develop the design with styling, ergonomics, packaging, engineering, and manufacturability in mind. This makes my service particularly suitable for automotive, EV, motorcycle, mobility, industrial, and innovative product-development projects.
