A client-focused, enthusiastic and self-directed construction professional BIM Manager with 10+experience on conceptual design schematic, design development, contract documents, pre-construction/construction BIM coordination and planning, across the different AEC industry sectors. For the past 10 years, I have focused my effort on the development, implementation and support for Advance BIM/VDC technologies staying on the front lines. I continue to be industry pioneer for Revit/BIM workflows and best practices, specifically for mega projects ranging from sports arenas, high rise buildings, commercial hospitality, CCRC, multifamily housing, mixed facilities. Being from BAJA SAE background I have in-hand experience of tackling problems proficiently. I successfully design fixed ratio gearbox for 2 seasons. lead the team as manufacturing head( jigs and fixture design ). I also developed a cooling system for the Transmission system. have keen interests in motorcycle dynamics and as a part of my final year project, I have engineered a motorcycle frame( on CAD) for an electric powertrain. I have experience working on freelance projects( from baking molds to medical equipment) with short timelines and high skill requirements.
