As an Aerospace Engineer and CAD Designer, I see design not merely as modeling parts, but as producing systematic solutions to engineering problems. I have active experience in 3D modeling, technical drawing preparation, assembly design, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM), primarily using SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
Throughout the design process, I focus on developing practical and sustainable solutions by evaluating material selection, manufacturing methods, mechanical strength, tolerance analysis, and assembly structure as an integrated whole.
In addition, I have experience in sheet metal design, including bend allowance calculations, unfolding processes, tolerance control, and production-oriented detailing. I design sheet metal parts by considering manufacturing constraints such as laser cutting, bending operations, minimum bend radius, K-factor, and assembly compatibility. I ensure that designs are optimized for cost-effective production while maintaining structural integrity and functional performance.
