I have long experience and am trying to build a reputation here.I am an experienced engineer with Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, skilled in problem solving with strong maths and physics background. I've more than 10 years experience as a design mechanical engineer as a freelancer and working as a maintenance engineer in an oil and gas company as a daily bases. I'm a professional user to several computer designing software and I can apply all testes and design checks on my parts before sending it to manufacture. I'm professional in issuing drawings in 2D & 3D model for complex mechanical parts, I got great experiencing in machine part design, 3D printing, sheet metal design, CNC machining, piping, pumps and plastic injection molding. I'm able to create file and deliver us ready-to-print STL files. I specialize in reverse engineering mechanical components from 3D scan data (point clouds, STL meshes) into fully parametric, manufacturing-ready CAD models — with particular depth in turbomachinery parts: turbine blades, rotors, aerodynamic surfaces, seals, and casings. Over 3 years of hands-on industrial experience at a machine-building plant (with work also near a shipbuilding facility), I've reverse-engineered turbine rotors, blades, and seals for real production and repair use, building parametric geometry in Siemens NX and KOMPAS-3D from inspection data captured with GOM Inspect and PolyWorks. I'm comfortable working across the full pipeline: scan cleanup → surface/solid reconstruction → parametric feature tree → technical drawings (GD&T, tolerancing per GOST/ASTM/API standards) → manufacturing-ready documentation. What I offer: • STL/point cloud → parametric CAD model (NX, KOMPAS-3D, SolidWorks-compatible output) • Blade and airfoil profile reconstruction with accurate cross-section curves • Rotor geometry reconstruction for balancing and repair • Creating technical drawings (KD) from an existing 3D model, and vice versa — building a 3D model from drawings/specifications • Dimensional inspection and deviation analysis (GOM Inspect, PolyWorks) • Familiarity with superalloys (Inconel) and thermal/cooling design considerations for turbine parts • Python scripting for CAD automation and parametric curve fitting I'm currently a graduate student (aspiring PhD candidate) in turbomachinery and gas turbine engineering, which keeps me sharp on aerodynamic and thermal design fundamentals beyond pure modeling — I understand why a surface is shaped the way it is, not just how to trace it.
