I'm Mechanical Design/R&D Manager with 10+ years of experience in machine development.
Advanced expertise in SolidWorks 3D modeling, FEA, motion analysis and managing design team dealing with huge SolidWorks assemblies (+15,000 parts). Expertise in Ansys structural analysis (Static and Dynamic).
Currently leading R&D and design operations at De-MEC, Experienced in taking products from concept to production, including design, simulation, prototyping, and validation.

- Ansys & SolidWorks FEA: Static, Transient, Vibration (Modal/Harmonic), and Non-Linear Dynamics.
- Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD): Ansys Motion, Rigid Dynamics, and MSC ADAMS for complex mechanism behavior.
- CFD : SolidWorks Flow Simulation and Optimization studies.

- Sorting and grading systems: cup weight sorters, roller graders, and belt grading machines.
