I am a final-year B.S. Mechanical Engineering student at the Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS), with a strong interest in CAD design, 3D modeling, robotics, thermal-fluid systems, and practical product development. I enjoy turning rough ideas, sketches, and engineering concepts into clean, accurate, and manufacturable designs.
My main skills include SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Ansys, MATLAB/Simulink, 3D CAD modeling, engineering calculations, structural analysis, CFD, and technical documentation. I focus on creating designs that are not only visually clear but also practical for real-world use, prototyping, and manufacturing.
One of my key projects is the design and analysis of a 4-DOF robotic arm, where I worked on CAD modeling, kinematic modeling, stress analysis, and fabrication planning. I also have experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), renewable energy configurations, heat exchanger analysis, and mechanical system design.
Along with my academic background, I have hands-on internship experience at the PAEC, where I gained exposure to welding, inspection methods, and non-destructive testing. This helped me understand how engineering designs are connected to actual manufacturing processes and material limitations.

I use tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Ansys, and MATLAB/Simulink for mechanical modeling, assemblies, simulations, and engineering calculations. My experience includes designing mechanical parts, creating assemblies, preparing technical drawings, and checking designs for strength, motion, and real-world usability.
One of my main projects is a 4-DOF robotic arm, where I worked on the CAD model, mechanical linkages, kinematic structure, and basic stress analysis. This project helped me improve my understanding of part design, assembly constraints, motion, fabrication planning, and practical engineering limitations.
