Portfolio Design : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1yAA3XUD0BIXVkAyl9LcsaddCZ3-ZlxlW Mechanical Design Engineer with over seven years of experience in 3D CAD modelling, mechanical assemblies, engineering drawings, reverse engineering, FEA, and design for manufacturing. I have worked on automotive components, consumer products, industrial machinery, and aerospace-related projects, developing designs from initial concepts and 3D-scanned geometry through prototyping and production-ready documentation. My experience includes plastic and machined components, GD&T, dimensional tolerancing, injection-moulded part design, and manufacturing considerations. I am proficient in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Solid Edge. I currently work in Abu Dhabi as a Mechanical Engineering CAD Expert, where I develop technical projects and guide complete engineering design workflows. I am always interested in opportunities involving mechanical product development, automotive design, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, and engineering innovation.

I help turn ideas, prototypes, and existing products into production-ready designs that prevent costly supplier and manufacturing problems. Whether you’re a founder developing your first product, an entrepreneur preparing for manufacturing, an established company expanding its product line, or an investor evaluating technical risk, I specialize in the engineering decisions that bridge concept and production, helping reduce avoidable manufacturing risk before small oversights become expensive manufacturing, tooling, and supplier problems. MY SERVICES: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT • Mechanical product architecture • Mechanism and machine design • Production-ready CAD development • Concept refinement and design optimization • Legacy product modernization DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURING (DFM) • CNC machining • Injection molding • Metal casting • Sheet metal fabrication • Design optimization for manufacturing and assembly • Material selection and manufacturing process recommendations PRECISION ENGINEERING • GD&T • Tolerance stack-up analysis • Datum strategy • Fit and functional requirements • Inspection-ready engineering documentation REVERSE ENGINEERING • Physical part reconstruction • 3D scan-based modeling • Legacy component redesign • Manufacturing documentation from existing products ENGINEERING DOCUMENTATION • Manufacturing drawings • Bill of Materials (BOM) • Assembly drawings • Exploded views • STEP and production deliverables • Supplier-ready engineering documentation PRODUCTION ENGINEERING SUPPORT Engineering often continues beyond product development. I also support supplier reviews, tooling discussions, engineering changes, prototype validation, first articles, and production release to help resolve engineering issues before they become production problems. WHY CLIENTS WORK WITH ME: • Manufacturing-focused engineering from concept through production • Practical designs that are easier to manufacture, assemble, inspect, and maintain • Reduced engineering changes and supplier-related redesigns • Production-ready documentation prepared for confident supplier handoff • Experience collaborating with manufacturers throughout product development and production EXPERIENCE: My engineering experience spans foundries, machine shops, fabrication, assembly, quality control, and product development across industrial equipment, medical devices, hand tools, production tooling, power transmission systems, and injection-molded products serving North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. That hands-on manufacturing experience shapes how I make engineering decisions based on how the product will ultimately be quoted, built, inspected, assembled, and used. DESIGN TOOLS: SolidWorks | Autodesk Inventor | Fusion 360 | Keyshot WHAT CLIENTS SAY: ☑ “Kehinde is a true professional, delivering high-quality work at lightning speed.” - Legion PTE, Singapore. ☑ “The best! Kehinde understands my needs perfectly and delivers satisfying results.” - Hari Murad, Germany. ☑ "A top-notch engineer who took my idea from napkin sketch to concept in days!” - Samuel Castilla, USA. I don’t measure success by completed CAD models, drawings, or engineering documentation. I measure it by whether your manufacturer can build the product without avoidable engineering changes, production delays, or costly surprises. If your next engineering decision is too important to get wrong, let’s discuss your project.
