I am a detail-oriented CAD designer with strong experience in SolidWorks, specializing in mechanical part design, aerodynamic components, and 3D-print-ready models. My work focuses on creating designs that are not only geometrically correct, but also manufacturable, printable, and functionally sound. I have hands-on experience designing complex parts such as airfoils (NACA profiles), structural junctions, internal ribbing, hollow and lightweight structures, and precision mechanical interfaces. I am comfortable working with solid and surface modeling, resolving difficult geometry issues, and preparing files specifically for FDM 3D printing (STL optimization, wall thickness, tolerances, and assembly fit).
