I am an experienced MEP Design Engineer, I can use AutoCAD and Revit for HVAC/ electrical /plumbing /fuel system /fire protection (sprinklers) drawings. I have designed upto 10-storeyed residential buildings, C-Store, Fuel System, frames, plumbing -piping, fixtures, etc. I can work on plumbing and Fire protection drawings and MEP coordination. Aware of Plumbing design codes like IPC UPC, have used NFPA. I can do COMcheck, HVAC load calculations, plumbing pipe sizing, grease interceptor calculations, and permit plans.

Prepare plant 3D Model using AutoCAD Plant 3D Developing and reviewing Piping and Instrumentation drawing (PID), General arrangement drawing (GAD), Equipment layout, Plot planning, Isometric drawing, Structural drawing, detailed fabrication drawing of skid assemblies based on technical and client requirements. Preparing BOM and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various components to meet design reliability and quality goals. Making detail drawings for pipe lines, plate cutting plan, detail fabrication drawings & schemes for structural steel, field change proposals. Designing and developing piping lay-out and planning studies up to detailed engineering and production of general arrangement & piping fabrication drawings as deliverables. Making general arrangements for piping and equipment sections and details. Routing of process & utility lines as per P&ID, equipment, foundation & structural layout. Developing the conceptual design & piping item as per codes and standards of piping entailing drawings & specification study, vendor selection & finalization, schedule for development, tool modification and final approval. Assisted in preparation of drafting operating procedures for ensuring quality assurance in the preparation and execution of drafting documents. AutoCAD Plant 3D software Admin.- Preparation and Updating of Library and settings as each required detail’s such as BOM (with relevant data’s), weld no. list, Spool no. list, Pipe cut piece length list and Weight table are available in the output drawings.
