Mechanical Engineer for Industrial Dust Extraction Equipment Design Anyone
About the job
We are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer or a small engineering team to design compact industrial dust extraction and aspiration equipment.
The project includes:
engineering and aerodynamic calculations;
development of the equipment concept;
3D modelling;
design of sheet metal and welded structures;
manufacturing and assembly drawings;
bill of materials and component selection;
support during prototype manufacturing and production launch.
Experience in industrial dust collectors, bag filters, cartridge filters, ventilation or similar industrial equipment is required.
We would like to start with the development of one basic compact unit. If the cooperation is successful, we plan to develop a complete product range.
Please provide:
examples of similar completed projects;
software you use;
estimated project duration;
preliminary cost;
confirmation that you can provide editable CAD files and complete manufacturing documentation.
