Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Master Planner/Architect to develop a conceptual master plan and schematic design for the Taraba Economic Corridors Project (TECPRO®). This visionary initiative integrates agro-industry, logistics, tourism, and mixed-use development along a 177 km economic corridor in Nigeria.
Scope of Work:
• Develop a high-quality conceptual master plan.
• Create schematic layouts, zoning plans, and circulation diagrams.
• Produce investor-ready presentation boards and 3D visualizations.
• Integrate components: Takum Agro-Industrial Park (TAIP), Takum Inland Port Authority (TIPA), and Kashimbilla–Takum International Growth Corridor (KTIGC).
Deliverables:
• Conceptual Master Plan PDF & CAD files.
• Schematic Design Drawings.
• Presentation Boards (High-res).
• 3D Visualizations/Renderings.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in regional master planning and large-scale infrastructure.
• Portfolio demonstrating investor-ready development plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools.
• Experience with agro-industrial or logistics hubs is a plus.
