About the job
New 2-storey villa with a separate Majlis block in the UAE. I need a 60 s exterior film and a 60 s interior film in 4K, plus 6 stills, made from the designer's existing 3D model (SketchUp or Revit). The look should match the designer's reference renders: white stone, a timber slat band and glazing, in daytime.
Before the full job, I will pay for a 15-30 second test clip of one room. Please reply with:
1. Software and GPU, and links to 3 finished villa films.
2. A price per item (exterior film, interior film, stills, test clip), your total hours, and your timeline.
3. Revisions: 2 rounds. I own the final video and the project files.
4. Staged payment, not all upfront.
