Seeking an experienced US-based mechanical design engineer to take a confidential, proprietary handheld electromechanical accessory and its base charging cradle from detailed 3D modeling to manufacturing-ready files. Full technical specifications and functional details will be shared only after an NDA is signed. I cannot overstate this, if you don’t live in the USA, your application will not be considered! It has to do with NDA enforcement.
Scope of Work
Parametric CAD Modeling: Develop clean 3D assemblies for the handheld housing and base cradle, optimized for rapid prototyping and DFM (injection molding/CNC).
Mechanical & Docking Integration: Design internal spatial allocations, structural enclosures, and secure physical/electrical docking mechanics.
Manufacturing Package: Provide complete native files, .STEP exports, 2D fabrication drawings, and material selection recommendations.
