We are looking for an experienced CAD designer to develop detailed design and fabrication drawings for a two-level industrial control room structure inside existing warehouse with roof height 8 meters near exsiting wall. The design will be based on an existing CAD layout with basic dimensions and concept.

The control room consists of two levels:
Ground Level (Electrical Room):
Dimensions: 6000 × 5200 mm
Height: 3500 mm
One access door
One window
False raised floor for cable routing
Enclosed using cement block walls
First Floor (Control Room):
Dimensions: 6000 × 5200 mm
Height: 3000 mm
External steel ladder with handrails for access
One door
Windows on all sides (360° visibility)
Enclosure using soundproof insulated panels
Scope of Work:
Develop complete 2D design and fabrication drawings (AutoCAD or equivalent)
Prepare general arrangement (GA) drawings including elevations and sections
Design structural steel framework for both levels
Detail wall systems (block walls for ground level, insulated panels for first floor)
Design and detail access system (external steel ladder with safety handrails)
Prepare false floor layout for cable management (ground level)
Provide door and window details with dimensions and specifications
