Project Details:
* Application: Aluminum door and window profiles
* Material thickness: 2–3 mm aluminum
* Punch diameter: 9 mm
* Operation: High-speed repetitive punching
* Actuation system: Pneumatic cylinder Ø160 mm, stroke 15 mm
* Punch material: D2 tool steel
* Die material: P20 steel, heat treated
Scope of Work:
* Review the die design and overall concept
* Verify punching force calculations
* Confirm the suitability of the cylinder size and operating force
* Review punch and die dimensions and clearances
* Check structural strength and safety factors
* Identify any risks related to durability, wear, or production reliability
* Provide recommendations before mass production
