We are HearSight, an assistive technology startup building smart glasses designed specifically for the blind and visually impaired community. HearSight HSV2 uses onboard cameras and sensors to capture the real world and converts that information into real-time audio cues, alerts, and feedback, allowing blind and visually impaired users to navigate daily life more independently and confidently.
Our PCB, component placement, camera positions, and all electronics are fully finalized. We are cannot change that.
What We Need:
We need an experienced industrial/mechanical designer to redesign only the outer enclosure/shell of our existing HSV2, transforming it from its current boxy, utilitarian form factor into a sleek, curved, wraparound consumer-grade profile.
The redesigned enclosure must look intentional, modern, and consumer-friendly, a product that a person would confidently wear in public every day, despite housing cameras, sensors, and a full PCB within the frame. The bulk is a given, the goal is to make it look designed, not prototyped.
