About the job
MUST HAVE: Rhino or MatrixGold experience creating casting-ready jewelry STL files.
1. OBJECTIVE
We are developing a core brand pattern system based on an organic continuous-line (reaction-diffusion style) structure.
This is not a one-off design.
The goal is to create a production-ready master geometry that can be:
• Used as a logo/identity
• Applied to jewelry (engraving, casting)
• Applied to fashion/textiles (print, embossing)
• Scaled across multiple sizes without losing integrity
⸻
2. INPUT
• Provided image = REFERENCE ONLY
• Do NOT trace directly
• Reconstruct the pattern cleanly
⸻
3. MASTER PATTERN REQUIREMENTS
A. Geometry
• Organic continuous-line system
• Smooth Bézier curves (no jagged edges)
• No overlaps or broken paths
• Clean topology (continuous flow)
⸻
B. Line System (CRITICAL)
• Uniform stroke width throughout
• Consistent spacing between lines
• No tight collisions or irregular gaps
• Even visual density across the entire pattern
👉 The pattern should feel balanced and engineered, not random
⸻
C. Edge Behavior
• Clean outer boundary (circular or tileable system)
• No clipped or broken lines at edges
• Must work both:
• inside a pendant (contained)
• as a seamless repeating pattern (textile use)
⸻
4. SYSTEM OUTPUTS (REQUIRED)
1. MASTER VECTOR FILE
• AI + SVG
• Clean paths only
• No raster / no auto-trace artifacts
⸻
2. STROKE VERSION
• Editable line system...

⸻
2. STROKE VERSION
• Editable line system
• Used for:
• engraving paths
• flexible scaling
⸻
3. EXPANDED (FILLED) VERSION
• Stroke converted to shapes
• Clean offsets
• Ready for:
• embossing
• casting
• printing
⸻
4. DENSITY VARIANTS (VERY IMPORTANT)
Create 3 versions:
• TIGHT
→ for small jewelry (rings, small pendants)
• MEDIUM
→ standard pendant size
• LOOSE
→ apparel / large-scale prints
👉 Density must scale intelligently, not just resized
⸻
5. 3D APPLICATION (JEWELRY)
Apply the pattern to:
Pendant:
• Circular form
• Slight dome surface
• Pattern applied as relief engraving
Engraving:
• Controlled depth (not too shallow, not too deep)
• Maintain clarity at small sizes
Bail:
• Clean, architectural, minimal
• Must match design language
• No generic jewelry bail
⸻
6. FILE DELIVERABLES
• AI (master vector)
• SVG (scalable system)
• 3DM (Rhino file)
• STL (production-ready)
• 2–3 rendered previews
⸻
7. QUALITY STANDARD
• Must be production-ready
• Must scale across products without distortion
• Must feel like a luxury design system, not decorative art
⸻
8. IMPORTANT NOTE
This pattern will become a core brand identity used across jewelry and fashion.
Consistency, precision, and scalability are critical.
Please explain how you will ensure consistent spacing and density when rebuilding the pattern.
Pattern must maintain uniform line thickness, minimum spacing tolerances, and remain manufacturable at small scales (engraving-safe).
Provided image is a reference. Pattern must be rebuilt cleanly as precise geometry.
