I need a functional goggle design with:
Core requirements:
No light leakage except through lenses
Passive ventilation system (no fans)
Ventilation must use labyrinth channels (no direct holes)
Comfortable face seal (foam-compatible)
Room to fit thick lens (double lens)
Ventilation design:
Air intake at top/front
Air exhaust at bottom/sides
Channels must include at least 2–3 bends to block light
Other:
Ergonomic face fit
Nose light blocker
Designed for FDM printing (PLA/ABS)
Wall thickness ~2–3 mm
Prefer 2-part assembly
Output:
