About the job
We are looking for an experienced Steel Detailer / CAD Designer who can prepare detailed fabrication drawings for steel products used in MEP support systems and structural works.
The candidate must be able to prepare accurate shop drawings, material quantity take-off, cutting list, and steel weight calculations for fabrication and production.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed fabrication drawings
Prepare shop drawings for production
Prepare cutting list
Calculate steel weight
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM)
Provide drawings in DWG and PDF format
Ensure drawings are suitable for fabrication and site installation
Requirements
Experience in MEP support steel detailing
Experience in structural steel fabrication drawings
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
Knowledge of Tekla / SolidWorks / Revit is advantage
Understanding of steel fabrication process (cutting, welding, bending, drilling)
Ability to read BOQ and engineering drawings
