I need to turn a portion of the point cloud found at this URL: https://openheritage3d.org/project.php?id=dbg6-x966 into a printable 3d mesh at 5% scale of the original landmark (Tower of Pisa at approximately 2.8metres tall). The rest of the point cloud representing the other structures in the Piazza is not a part of this job, only the Tower of Pisa and it's surrounding circular walkway.
This is a one-time project and it would begin immediately.
