Homeowner in New Jersey, USA seeking a freelancer to prepare a CAD site plan and preliminary engineering drawings for a proposed residential pool and outdoor living project. The plans will be used for a possible zoning variance application and construction planning/buidling.
Project Scope:
- Pool & Spa Engineering
Design in-ground pool and spa layout
Provide structural details including rebar schedule
Basic pool shell engineering concepts (non-stamped acceptable at this stage) But must be able to provide engineering/architect stamp if designed is accepted.
-Electrical layout (lighting, equipment connections)
-Plumbing layout (returns, skimmers, equipment routing)
-Site Plan for Zoning
-Outdoor Kitchen
Use existing property survey (provided)
Show property lines and all required setbacks
