Hello. I am looking to produce 2D drawings to support a residential pre-app. Please quote fixed price or estimate and hourly pricing. Please consider payment in two phases - first draft, then final iteration. 5 drawings in total. 1.Location Plan. 2. Site Plan. 3. Block Plan. 4. Elevations option A. 5. Elevations option B. By way of example search RBWM planning site for planing application ref 20/03053/FULL (find via Google search). Future works TBD but possible for further changes and future Full Planning Application. Good communication during process is an important factor. Ie good spoken English. Will pay in UK£ but can consider USD$. Any questions just ask.
