Provide a basic senior-friendly interior decoration concept for the ground-floor common areas, including the dining room, lobby, multipurpose room, Health Liaison Office, and Senior Wellness and Activity Room. Show suggested furniture placement, coordinated colors, flooring types, wall finishes, lighting concepts, artwork locations, and simple décor notes. The concept should emphasize a warm residential appearance, good visibility, slip-resistant surfaces, clear circulation, and ease of use by older adults.

Provide one clear, flattened, printable **five-sheet PDF set**:

## Important Conditions
Interior decoration is limited to a basic two-dimensional concept using notes, finish suggestions, and furniture placement. Photorealistic renderings, 3D modeling, detailed product selection, procurement, pricing, custom furniture design, and construction-level Interior-design documentation are excluded.
* Final delivery is PDF only. CAD source files are not required.
* No site visit or field measurement is required.
* The contractor may rely on the supplied PDF architectural, foundation, survey, and MEP drawings.
* No work is required on the second or third floors.
* Pool infill, kitchen layout, MEP, hood, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, accessibility, and furniture information are required only at a **conceptual SUP level**.
* Permit-level engineering calculations, sealed drawings, structural calculations, detailed hood design, grease-interceptor design, and construction documents are excluded.
* No professional seal is required for this initial SUP package.

## Post-Award Instructions

* Available existing MEP drawings;
* SUP narrative;
* City comments;
* Operating information needed for parking, accessibility, and traffic documentation; and
* Detailed sheet-by-sheet notes, labels, and presentation instructions.
These post-award instructions will clarify the scope described above and will **not add new deliverables or change the agreed fixed price**. Any later request that materially expands the advertised scope will be discussed and approved separately.
